It seems as though the Japanese automaker is constantly trying to improve upon their success.  This can be seen in the vehicles we have here at Lithia Toyota in Springfield, Oregon, specifically with the brand new 2014 Camry.

With the new model year the iconic sedan already experienced a refresh, but Toyota did not want to stop there, as the Camry is already receiving upgrades in regards to the available technology.

With production beginning in December, this new vehicle was not ready to be named a new year model, therefore Toyota is dubbing it the Camry 2014.5.

The new 2014.5 Camry is looking to continue upon the success of previous months, where it saw the mid-sized car become the best-selling of its kind in the month of September with 31,871 sold.  To do this, Toyota is making its Entune Audio suite and a back-up camera standard, while adding a plethora of optional features for the various trims.

Features that will now be available with high-end trims or as add-ons for the standard model will include navigation technology, an in-car app suite and the upgrade to the Entune Premium JBL Audio system.

As one would predict, with the added technology to the 2014.5 Camry the price will be adjusted slightly higher than the basic 2014 model.  However, Toyota is only raising this price slightly in regards to the new features, and the MSPR for standard trims will only be $190 more.

We look forward to seeing the supplementary technology join the 2014.5 Camry here in our showroom serving the Eugene, Oregon region.  The updated model will surely accent our best-selling mid-sized car nicely, and yet again boost the inventory of new Toyota vehicles we offer.
